1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Ontario Hunting & Fishing Lodge website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Booking and Reservations

• All bookings require a deposit of 50% of the total trip cost to confirm your reservation.
• Full payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival date.
• Cancellations made more than 60 days before arrival receive a full refund minus a $200 administrative fee.
• Cancellations between 30-60 days before arrival receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable but may be rescheduled subject to availability.

3. Hunting and Fishing Regulations

All guests must comply with:

• Valid Ontario Outdoors Card and appropriate fishing or hunting licenses
• All Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources regulations regarding seasons, bag limits, and species protection
• Guide instructions and safety protocols at all times
• Firearm safety rules and transportation regulations

We reserve the right to terminate any trip without refund if a guest violates safety protocols or wildlife regulations.

4. Liability and Risks

Outdoor activities involve inherent risks including but not limited to weather conditions, wildlife encounters, water hazards, and physical exertion. All guests are required to sign a liability waiver before participating in any guided activity. Ontario Hunting & Fishing Lodge is not liable for personal injury, equipment loss, or trip interruptions due to weather or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Alcohol and Substance Policy

Alcohol consumption is permitted at the lodge during evening hours. However, guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to participate in hunting or boating activities. We reserve the right to refuse service and terminate stays without refund for violations of this policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, photographs, videos, logos, and graphics is the property of Ontario Hunting & Fishing Lodge and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
